The 90 Days of Blessing follows the Global Day of Prayer as an opportunity for Christians to not only continue in persistent prayer, but to become actively involved in serving and reaching out. This is a time of being creative in the Spirit, a time of becoming the hands and feet of Jesus in broken communities.
July 5th- Provided a light supper at all Lethbridge fire halls for all on-duty fire fighters and paramedics. June 19th- Held a barbecue at the city police station for approximately 50 police officers. August 15th- Held a B.B.Q at the Standoff reserve in conjunction with Streets Alive and blessed approximately 450 people. July 27th- Held a barbecue for west Lethbridge community in conjuction with Westside Community Church and blessed approximately 300 people. August 10th- Provided materials and built shelving for St. Vincent de Paul warehouse. July 13 & 14th- Organized, set up and held a garage sale for an elderly "shut-in" in conjunction with the Salvation Army. September 22nd- Held a barbecue for the community in Galt Gardens and served 750 burgers.
